DRY MARTINI 4 parts gin or vodka 1 part dry vermouth Stir with cracked ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Add green olive or twist of lemon peel. |

ROB ROY 1/2 jigger sweet vermouth 1 jigger scotch dash bitters Stir with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Add twist of lemon peel. This drink is sometimes called the "Scotch Manhattan." |

MANHATTAN 1/4 Italian (sweet) vermouth 3/4 bourbon or rye dash bitters Stir with cracked ice, strain into cocktail glass. Serve with maraschino cherry. |
